Every pack/herd might be a bit different but this is the average.
One month OOC = two months IC
One year OOC = Four months IC
pup:0-6 months
Apprentice/Teen: 6-12 months
Adult: 1-10 years
Elder:10+ years
Your pack can choose if they have elders or you pack keeps on working even after age etc.
Foals: 0-12 months
Apprentice/Teen: One to two years
Adult: 2+years
Elder: 24+ years
Dogs must die at 15 years
Horses must die at 30 years
Horse can breed at 2 1/2 to 3 years
dogs can breed at 1 1/2 to 2 years
